Changing the lock in the centre console

Hi,

Does anyone know how easy (or otherwise) it is to change the lock in the centre console ?

Has anyone done the change ?

By the look of chucks picture, it looks like a flick out job, probably dead easy with the roof down.

I think it bolts in (bolt #30) from the rear of the switch.

Thanks for the info.

Gave it a go & YES, it is as simple as removing one screw from the inside of the centre console.

The whole lock then simple pops out.
