I always fancied a Lancia Delta Integrale EVO.

I'll bet they still cost a bit.
Guy i sit next to at work has one of these, costs him a bomb to maintain, he seems to spend most of his time in a cinqecento, while its in the garage! left hooker too, but it shifts!

205 GTi 1.9 - that has arguably taken on modern classic status now.

Probably a bit too cheap and chav-esque for the Gadmeister though

This is true. They are mostly all driven by chavs nowadays - those that haven't fallen to bits.

I haven't fallen on hard times Mark!!!

That's a fast banger, not a classic - in my book anyway.

Integrales very bad rep for reliability/costs, whatever the driving experience.

I don't want to spend MORE than the value of the S or I might as well bite the bullet and get the dream machine.

So no 993.

I hadn't thought about an Aston, but I know they can be horrendously expensive - and I wouldn't get a great one at the money I'm talking. And no chance of a good one plus another car.

You have to admit, the biturbo and 66 have a certain

In my garage I'd like a mint Dodge Charger in orange or a Ford Mustang Mach 1 or Gran Torino. Can't beat abit of American nostalgia.

I would have an AC Cobra if I could although I am not sure whether at 6' 3" I would fit in one!

From my experience of Jag ownership I would keep well away, the Lancia would probably be cheaper to keep running!

I had one of these a long time ago. I bought it for 4.7K and sold it 2 years later for 4.5k

The reason I never bought a Lancia was the cost of running them and the fact that they only came LHD.

If I could go back and change things I would have kept my MY90 Mk2 Golf 16V to use as my everyday car. An unmolested one with the original 15" BBS still looks So much fun to drive

I hit a tree with one of them, a Mk2 Golf 16V, many years ago (RIP)

It was a company car
