Clutch or engine mount issue?

Box off Might as well do the clutch at the same time ......

Yup gearbox off clutch off

If you do it properly drop front subframe onto the stretch bolts

I'd try sanding the "knob" on the fork and greasing it first
Whilst your at it make sure the master & slave cylinders are working properly
Far cheaper than dropping the box

Hi I cleaned up my ball recently, made a world of difference, I got a valve grinding kit and used a drill, corse paste then fine and finished with Autoglum metal polish, don't forget to do the socket as well, clean up with alcohol before greasing up, and try to get up and greese the fork where it meets the release bearing (coat hanger and torch job! urea HMP grease.
