The Honda OEM 17" wheels are 7" at the front and 8.5" at the rear. As your new fronts are 7.5" I would definately go for 225/45 fronts, however a 215/45 will also be fine.

Honda put a 245/40 on the 8.5" rears. You have ordered 8" rears, a 245/40 will fit but you shouldn't go wider.

I have Rotas that are actually higher offset (+45 front and +48 rear IIRC) and same width.

225s on front, 245s on back.

The rears were fine (2 deg neg camber), but the fronts did rub (1.5 deg neg camber).

Although my car was pretty low

Are you sure about the 45 offset on the rear?Iv bought some Rays wheels 8.5/18 both with 45 offset and when I took my standard 17s of it said 55 offset front and 65 offset rear that makes the fronts stick out 10mm and the rears 20mm,its lowered 25mm f,30mm r.I can live with the front,it fills the arches but with the rear I might have to flare the arches a little.I havent got tyres on them yet but just fitting the rim it may be to much.

There is plenty of useful information here as well.

cheers guys for the info, the rear offset is meant to be ok as the website for the manufacturer states them as S2000 fitment, admittedly not the perfect fit, but one that should work.

i'm not lowered,so front rubbing should be ok, but if i run the slightly narrower front it should help avoid it.

i'm going to get the Geo done once they are on, as the front passenger side is out.

so if needs be i can have the camber adjusted.

Just for info on rubbing I'm down to a gag packet on it's side gap between sill and floor.

Running 3.5 neg rear camber and 2.5 front with arches rolled and fit a 17x9 Et30 245/40/17.

Look on the American forum they'll help with what will and what won't fit but an 8" with a et45 will fit easily even on the front it would!
