thanks for the reply,
what size nut did you use to weld onto the metal strip m?

i can make something like that for sure at work and contemplated making one so thats a great idea.

Sticking it in gear and getting a mate on the brakes sometimes helps.

I had one that wouldn't budge for love nor money, even shattered both my 19 sockets. Ended up towing it to an import garage in the village and chucking 'em a tenner to windy it off.

CG you could probably make a few quid renting that out to S2ki people

Rob, take it to Honda and get it done properly or something might get damaged.

wont break anything its only a bolt, pulley and crankshaft,

cant get the car to honda and the ywill charge a rediculous price, i dont have endless funds.

You will if you try and bodge it!

£25 for the tool CG mentions is what I would do.

i wont be bodging anything on my car thanks mark,

i can make hte tool myself at work when i got back monday,
i have a spare pulley and bolt that i will use for mock up to fab up a tool.

Ok.

I would plus gas up the bolt on a daily basis for a while, it all helps.

Once you get your pulley tool, fit it on there - I held mine at 12 oclock with my left arm, and got the breaker bar on the nut with right arm, and pulled hard. Watch when it breaks free that you dont twat the wing of the car! The satisfaction when it does free off is rather nice.
