Default Creaking/Clonking Noise

had the S serviced and front discs and pads replaced middle of last week (doubt this is connected) but yesterday after driving for a while i noticed a creaking sort of clonking sound.
It was like something was knocking or a bit of trim was loose. I felt like it was coming from the dash or front of the car at least.

Any ideas? cars going back to Honda tomorrow anyway to have rear corroded discs replaced, so will ask them. But you guys seems to know better than most.

p.s i did have a peek in the engine bay (but i am no mechanic!!) and tried to see if the noise occurred with roof up, as it was down most of yesterday! Nada.

any suggestions?

Both our Hondas seem to have developed creaking suspension bushes recently.

So have many others, apparently.

Co-incidence?

So what can one do about this - my S is 5yrs old, but with only 25k on the clock.
Still a bit baffled...but maybe Honda can tell me more tomorrow morning when it goes in for a few amendments.

s'pose i'll let you all know.

I'm thinking of going round with a can of rubber spray lubricant.

The Civic is bad under braking - once the car stops and as the dive comes off, both end creak arthritically. There's nothing wrong as such, it just doesn't sound right.

The S2000 has an intermittent rear creak over the dirveway/garage join and over road tits.

mines a constant ish sort of sound - not when applying brakes. just while dawdling along at 3,000rpm.
