DA polish remover
Hello folks,
I've just been to clean the car and noticed that I've got loads of white spots on the roof of the car, which I assume is from DA-ing last weekend.
I've tried car shampoo and also fairy liquid but they won't shift (even used a scrubbing brush).
Anyone got any ideas for getting rid of them? (Proven ideas, mind - it's freezing out!!)

I did this once
I don't know why but polish splatter is a right pain to remove especially from the soft top
It'll come off eventually though although that's not much help now
I alway's now cover the roof with an old cotton bed sheet when polishing and have got very mean with my polish
Hat's off for polishing in this weather

I did'nt have much luck with IPA mainly because the splatter get's deep into the weave ( I think )
I was also hesitant to suggest IPA to some one who may not have experience in using this stuff
If IPA is used please be careful and be prepared to retreat roof and do not get it anywhere you don't want it

Thanks for the replies. IPA sounds a bit heavy at this point - especially as I've just waxed the thing to death so wouldn't want it all coming off.
If I'm still struggling come waxing time again, I'll give it a shot - thanks. (And I'll be using a bed sheet to keep the roof splatter free from now on!)
