I have a dent behind the door where I annoyingly dropped something in the garage, I looked into having the dent removed but it needed drilling which I decided against so the guy used a slide hammer and glue to pull it out, it's not 100% better, I would say it's about 60% better.
Yes, you've stretched the metal so it's impossible to lose it entirely.
Unless you heat it to cherry red and tap it with a wooden mallet, to shrink the metal.
I don't mean 'you' - I mean 'an experienced panel beater'!
