Just been into Fleet Honda to drop the car off for it's new wheels and they have a MY02 in Monte Carlo Blue.
Absolutely stunning!!
My first chance to look over a MY02, and I have decided I want the console cover, a like it more than Rick's but does anyone know how much? Or better yet a part number?

I believe it's a ridiculous price and it's vinyl. I seem to recall it's best part of 200 quid. I'd go for one of the sponsors' ones personally, you get leather and a much better quality product for less money.

Anthony, one other snag with the OEM 2002 console is that its going to be a big job to fit it - the original carpet fits under a number of internal trim parts, not all of which are easily removed... Ian posted a while back that the vinyl 2002 cover will cost

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the quick responses. I had not seen Aus2000 cover before and it was exactly what I was after so the order has been placed.
Havs anyone fitted a cover, how easy is this going to be?

I fitted the Rick's console cover to my car about 6 months ago - fairly easy to do.. I assume the Australian one will be similar to fit. Most difficult bit was getting the front edge snug under the area around the base of the stereo, other than that, the plastic console comes off easy enough...

Matt.
