I would be happy to recommend Ride Drive. Put my thoughts down at http://www.apbw47.dsl.pipex.com/ridedrive.html

I would say the Advanced Handling Course is a good bet to get to grips with making the most out of the S but with a safety margin - 8 hours of which one is spent at an airfield demonstrating how by driving the car incorrectly leads to the dynamic loads that can cause the car to go all pear shaped. The copper gives you a honest review of your skills which did me a world of good and also really helps puts the Roadcraft theory into practice.

However it won't teach you to get the arse out and drift and I am lead to believe road driving requires a different approach from the track.

I really enjoyed my MAC day which came with my old CTR. The retired Plod was a great bloke and was always open (and pushed for) Progressive driving when we were out of town in the twisty bits!!

I really should look into having a similar day in my S.

Other than that I always enjoy track days at Croft (near to where I live). That said, I've always wimped out used their cars!! I just fit into the Ginettas
