Driver window auto function
Just changed the battery and now the auto function on the driver's window doesn't work.
Is this coincidence or is this something that needs to be reset?

reset it.
use the 'auto' position of the switch to perform the following:
window all the way down, flick the switch again (downwards)
window all the way up, flick the switch again (upwards)
should work
