Why are you fitting green stuff on the S2000? I've been advised against this many times - they're not up to the job apparently

I believe both sides should have the wear indicators (which is what the metal thing is) but I could be wrong. That's what's missing if anything.

Is that fronts or rears showing?

The metal clip is the pad wear indicator and as Chilled mentioned there should be one on each set of pads.
It's still fine to use them with one clip missing as long as you remember to check your brake pads regurely.
From personal experiance Green Stuff pads are total crap but since it's for the rear brakes then it should be ok. I've used Green Stuff for the front brakes and it only lasted 5,000miles and one trackday. The pads started to cook only after a couple of laps.

I have greenstuff on the back for about 2 months now with EBC grooved disc's also. The brakes work well and do not leave much dust either
