Default EcoTek

I got this email from a mate with a Golf GTI. I am a little dubious about this working well on the S2000, but has any one done it?

"Anyway, also last night, I installed an EcoTek valve to my car and boy the write-up was right

all the ecoteck does is provide a small air leak in the inlet manifold that leans out the mixture. if honda wanted the mixture leaner, it would have been easy to do when they designed the engine and set the fueling.

If you fancy valves snapping etc then go for it, lean running engine (too lean) creates more wear, it will snap !!
