Hi tagon, have a read of the thread linked in my signature below.

I'd tend to think you have popped a vacuum hose somewhere (or an air leak) or a lambda sensor fault.

Has the car started using more fuel?

Does it always stall when you pull up?

 

I've got the same problem so I'll be trying the IAC clean today if the rain stops. I've been running with the air box lid off these last few weeks. Can this have any effect?

Also do I need to take the MAP off to give it a whack? I ask as I'm struggling with one of the screws which won't budge (it's now a little worn despite my efforts not to round the head )
