Default Engine Mounts

I have a juddering noise if I don't give the car enough revs before the car stalls.... I only noticed it when my girl friend was driving... Now I can make it happen quite easily... I opened the bonnet and pulled away on the drive way and noticed the engine move a bit... could this be a broken engine mount or lose heat shield?

It will move / shake if you are down at near stall rpm.

I'd focus on what's causing it to stall.

Ah sorry I should have made it clearer. It doesn't stall... My girl friend is new to driving the S and can't find the correct biting point on the clutch... She either gives it too much revs or not any at all hence the judder.. There is nothing wrong with the clutch.. driver error.
