Thanks for the advice on this one guys, made mince meat of the crappy bushes. A few hours and all the arms were free from the car, ready for me to press them out during the next few days and prep the arms ready for the poly ones.

Well done fella, I really don't see why the garages charge so much for this because it's not that bad and I'm doing it without a lift like you

They have a lift to keep payments up on.
