Default A few running issues

So after fitting a Greddy turbo kit and getting it all mapped up a few months ago, I have run it for just over 1000 miles.

Over these miles I have observed a few issues:

it would occasionally loosen a few of the spark plugs (different ones each time, although tonight they were all tight)

there is a random misfire on town driving (sometimes worse sometimes not at all) I have used injector cleaner and that hasn't solved anything

tonight doing the spark plug check I noticed a mild amount of oil in cylinder 3 and a heavy amount in cylinder 4

it seems to burn oil when it is running for prolonged periods of time

and finally it is repeatedly distorting/bending the EGR valve blanking plate, so far it has killed 2-3mm thick aluminium and a 1.5mm thick stainless steel plate

I am guessing a few of these have the same root cause, but does anyone have any points for me to start looking at?

Plug gaskets in the rocker cover is one option for oil in the plug holes but if its in the cylinders themselves ... that suggests breather issues - are you sure the ventilation of the crank case is working properly?

I am sure i saw something about pressurising the inlet with leaking boost causing problems but i'm NO expert!
