Just had my first service on the car as it's now 11 months and 8050 miles old.

Based on what i've seen written on here took it to my Local dealer, Ryland Honda Cardiff, with slight trepidation. Apart from slightly scathing remark about my choice of fully synthetic oil (which they admitted was still way better than the stuff they would have used) all went very smoothly and I was out in less than an hour and a half. All my instructions were followed to the letter and a very comprehensive report on tyre condition and other items inspected was presented with the car.
As a bonus they also have a nice customer waiting area with fresh coffee and a good choice of daily papers and a tele.

Looked at an '06 while I was waiting. nice seats and wheels but not too sure about the colour changes to the interior trim from the '05.

 

Did you ask them about S2KUK discount? going back again perchance?

 

I've already asked them once but it seems like it's no go. But there and then again the service was "free" (part of a package when I bought the car) except for the cost of the oil which I purchased.

I can get the name of the dealer principal if you like?
