Default Fitting a new manifold

I've just bought a new manifold and it's come with a new gasket for the block, do I need to replace the bolts as well?

It's the same for all S2000s irrespective of age and intended market.

The block has studs not bolts, you can re-use the nuts. Don't overtighten. There is a torque number for them...

You'd need to be a he-man to overtighten with a 3/8th drive ratchet. Ignore the torque value quoted - it'll be too low.

Doughnut gasket is a 2.5" ID jobbie.
