Default Flat Battery

I use my S everyday to commute to & from work but if I don't drive it for a couple of days, it won't start & I have to get the booster on it, as I did today. Is this just the signs of a tired battery? I've had the S just over 2 years and the battery is the one that was in it when I bought it.

Sounds like it.

How long is your commute?

Is the charging system operating correctly?

If it's the original battery you're long overdue.

It's charging fine. Starts first time every time as long as I use it every day. My commute is only a 16 mile round trip but that's plenty to keep it charged.

Looks like I'll have to get a new one. I see in the Tech. FAQs the Halfords own brand HB053 is mentioned, is this recommended or are there better makes out there?
