Default Front cross strut ?
I have a chance at a cheap front cross strut, read a bit about them, do they really stiffen the front up to a degree that deserves the expense.

Any comments please

Mine came on the car but when I tested an 02 model I felt the front was a little vague compared with mine.

I guess it depends on how you drive. There is a tangible difference in my opinion.

It's like a two bar gate that fits vertically behind the air box, quite the most unusual strut I've ever seen.
