Hamilton and palmer alarm?

Black square box fob with two buttons? Early (MY00 - car)?

If so, there is normally a four or five stack bundle under the drivers side of the dash close to the ignition barrel wiring, often taped or cable tied, and will be separate from the rest of the loom. It 'looks' kind of different too. Make sure you check the fuses thoroughly, not just visually as the break may be very small.

I would be careful talking openly about the cars alarm system. A lot of people still use the Hamilton and Palmer system, and we never know who is reading these forums
