With the roof down you don't need the offside wing mirror unless you're dealing with kerbs, bollards etc ie lower than car height

Thnakfully she's a lot smaller than her mother.

Looking to add a 30x35 separate garage for my toys and let the missus have the attached 2 car one for hers.

I had a garage built and the dimensions were 11.5ft wide and 19ft+ in length. If I park the car in the middle, I can open both doors to the first click - but if I park to one side I can open 1 door fully.
