Evening all, i have had a go at searching the forums but cant get the answer im looking for- just bought the car- the gear change is a little notchy so would like to change the oil- in the book and my search it says honda MTF- thats fine but does anyone know what grade the oil should be???

Its not in there mate- that was my first port of call! Is the redline only available from the us?
