Quick question on the adjustment of these, mine needs adjustment and it has little indicators on where the pins are bolted to the hardtop (presumably exactly for adjustment purposes). Are most peoples in the centre of the little "=" marks or are they all adjusted individually? Atm half mine are centred and the other half are not....

It will also depend on how the fitting kit is fitted into the car as well, they're adjustable too.

I loosened off all the bolts aligned everything up then tightened up the bolts again.

Pretty much what eSeM just said, I loosened off the bolts and attached the roof with the rear catchers undone. I nipped up bolts and partially closed the rear catchers, tested and repeated. I went through that a few times to get best fit, I found if the roof was too tight the glass would hit the paintwork.
