I had the geo set for me by a local that I know and trust, so, a year or so on should I get it checked, the car has had some spirited runs on the roads of northern Scotland including B's and unclassified so the suspension has had a workout or two.
I now have access to buying a bush kits by powerflex, if they do a kit for the S is it worthwhile doing? I assume the geo would need redone after this.
My work also supply "React" high flow cats, 200 cell units rather than 400 standard, is this worth doing? hopefully I will get a reasonable discount and be loads cheaper than the public would pay so would this be worthwhile "bang for bucks". cheers.
I've had mine once a year for the last 3 years. You can see the before and after settings and it shows how out of whack the geo gets after a year's driving. I generally try to avoid potholes and even drain covers, but it does all move around.

No Powerflex kit... yet..
Someone is taking their S in soon to have Powerflex examine it for a few days to see what is needed to make a bush kit.
cobblers, there is indeed a powerflex kit it's well worth doing and yes you need a geo at the same time while the bolts are off its worth cleaning them and greasing them up too.
the only bush missing from the powerflex kit is front caster.
I need my geo done as well but struggling to get time.

I was going to say gaspode that I have one being fitted this week ! Only non powerflex suspension bush will be my mugen caster bush for which you are correct they don't make yet.
I'll have to speak to a friendly chap in the sales dept tomorrow then, see how cheap I can get a set. Then have a word about fitting and geo, this may turn out to be my anniversary present from my missus to me.
