Geo and Wheels in Motion

You can't Paul - unless you replace the whole arm as the OEM bushes are pre-fitted and not available separately. Having never driven a new S2000 with fresh OEM bushes I can't say if it's better. However as it's meant to be a sports car, handling should come first then ride comfort - I don't feel that the ride has suffered at all with the lower arm bushes all done, if anything it feels tighter but not any harsher. Because the car is more controllable and tracks better it allows me to relax more when driving it which in turn makes it less tiring to drive.
Sounds good and maybe something I will have done, I would like to get this done, perhaps coilovers (to replace my tired 80K mile OEM shocks) and perhaps lower the car a little as a bonus, have my front nose sprayed up (full of road rash at the moment) and have my wheels refurbished ... only thing is I don't want to pay for it all, probably 2 grands worth there!

I'm careful with money - i really HATE wasting it ( one of the reasons that roof is such a pain) but this really has been one of those 'well worth it' mods. Whether the bushes combined with the softer 07 suspension i had fitted last year combines to make the ride 'nice' i have no idea but it works well for me.
Simon is in the process of getting new OEM arms from the USA i think so he'd be a good comparison for old OEM to new OEM

Good work UF. It's one of those painful jobs which is very satisfying once complete, as you know that in theory it never has to be done again.
Enjoy

Cheers MB - going to be getting them fully removed and re-greased at MOT time which is around mid December - sure it will cost me a Geo and a labour fee for the bolt removal but it's chump change compared to having to do this again.

Seems like as good a place as any to mention - Mine was trailered to WiM in MK on Saturday for Tony to look at.
Fantastic facility, Tony and the guys know their stuff. I had driveshaft spacers fitted, geo, rideheight / corner weighting and two new tyres.
Got to drool over the KTM Xbow in the showroom, and the Countach in the workshop.
Got my weight distribution to 50.07/49.93 to pretty pleased with that!
Can't drive it on its new settings yet but I'm sure it'll be great
Will definitely head back when it needs doing again!
