Default Geometry question!

OK, OK I'm new to all this geo malarkey but are these settings (pic below) any good for general road driving, are they correct (as in back to factory standard settings) or a mile out. I've read the FAQ and they seem to be somewhere near the settings provided by Honda but to be honest I'm not 100% ofay with what I'm looking at. What are your thoughts.
I know a visit to C.O.G would be the prefered option but distance and money are a little tight after I've just got all the seized bushes sorted.

Car is set up now as this pic.

Well, it's hard to tell, as that's just the settings for the front wheels

But, 6 deg of castor is spot on
30 mins of camber is spot on too
the toe values should be as near to zero as possible, so your figures are ok there too.

Did you manage to get a photo of the rear setup? I expect it's ok as they've got the front correct.

Castor is slap bang in the middle of the recommended settigns, some like more, some like less, more of a personal preference really.

A slighty more "racy" road setup woulc have a bit more camber (anything up to 1 degree - beyond that is more track specific)

And the toe should be as close to zero as possible, so all good there.

They are, in fact, pretty close to what CoG gave me when I first had the car. I now have a bit more camber and castor.

That's only the front
The caster is OK
Camber is too low IMHO
Toe OK
More importantly what have they done to the back?

OK that explains a few things. Trying to find out now if they actually did the back. Thanks for the quick response!
