Default which grease for inner cv joint

hello,

just cleaning out and repacking my inner cv joints with some grease, but what type of grease should I use? is it the normal grey cv joint stuff, or did Honda use something else?

Hi I used this from opie oils

Red Line CV-2 Grease is a high-performance synthetic grease with red moly, designed to withstand the extreme temperatures and pressures which occur in high-performance wheel bearings and CV-joints. 150 - 160 grams in each

Ah great I'm doing this so that's good to know. Also as I've never done this before is it possible to re-use the clip? And what's the tool called so I can buy one?

The factory band clamps on this car are the most superior design. They can, and SHOULD, be re-used. They could litterally be re-used hundreds of times. A simple pair of pliers easily releases them.
Grip the small cup and the bar opposite, squeeze together and it will pop apart.
