Nope bubble not burst, I've just been offered £12k for my MY56. despite the roof being in need of replacement and the wheels needing a refurb, and the car being a CAT D, and that from a Honda dealer. But I'm holding on to my beauty.

Seems like a really good offer, I've got a hpi clear 2004 GT with 63k, not thinking of selling but if I got an offer like that it would have to go

Last week I had a test drive of a yellow, 1 owner from new, '56 plate that Gatwick Honda have in stock - the car was bought from them in 2006 and they have serviced the car every year since new, it is totally immaculate on 70k odd miles, drives like new, beautiful car.

It is up for £12,750.

Your Honda dealer must have been smoking something. I'm astounded a main dealer would even entertain stocking a cat D car?

There's More to this than meets the eye. I used to be a salesman at a Honda dealer the way we would do it is for example if the px is worth £10k then we would offer them £12.5k in part exchange. The £2.5k difference would be a over allowance against the car they are buying. This would show as a discount on the order form simples
figures for example only, could be any thing depending what margin there is in the car being purchased.

Rowes Honda, I think what helped the price was talking about an NSX.

I originally paid £10,250 for it seven years ago.

That is an impressive price for one that has covered 77K miles, even a Yellow one. Never heard of 'Helios Yellow' to be an official colour for a S2000 though. Is that correct?
