Check your ressevoir is full the headlight ones stop working before it is empty, and the windscreen ones will still work until the resevoir runs out

IIRC there is a fuse and relay in an add-on box somewhere under the bonnet for the headlight washer pump. The switch side of the relay shares the fuse.

If you hear a relay click, you only need check the current is gatting to the pump.

You can easily squeeze off the circlip & pull off teh hose at teh pump. Get a friend to press the button & see if you're soaked.
