I'm sure they do the job but I think I would go for the OEM ones that fit to the actual seat headrest,I think they smarter

 

When I fitted speakers in last S2 I fitted them into/onto the mesh after removing the rear silver cover and running the cable down the inside of the seat, I fitted some black cloth to the triangle opening in the rear cover(old T shirt) so they weren't visible from the back, worked well and were cost effective, there may be a thread somewhere.
