Drove it like an OAP to work this morning, but it was pleasant down the winding country lanes, didn't want to scare myself.

Then I've just been going out for drives this evening testing it a little bit. My brother wanted to go for a spin, so I've just been out for a midnight drive, put the top down and the heaters up for a laugh, driving around under the stars.

Thought I'd really pace it down a straight, hit 9k for the first time, going through a tunnel under the bypass...

F00k me!!!

I mean...jesus..

I better get rid of this stupid grin from my face before morning otherwise people at work'll find me a bit weird.

and welcome to sk2i

There is the general Jap car meet at the B&Q car park just off junc11 of the M4 once a month, but there isn't just a Reading meet as such just for S2k's.

However there is a Surrey/Berks/Middsx meet tonight. Details Here

Yea, I've been down to the Jap meet in Reading a few times, used to have this celica:

Loverly car, black leather interior. Wish I could have kept it. FWD + understeer, very different to the S to drive.

The ST202 was a great car esp when you were on the track, but nothing compares to pushing the rear round on a sweeping bend.

May not be as fast, but it's a lot more fun

15th? Probably, unless it's too cold I've got to clean her soon too.
