I own a Ipaq 3950 and i plan to buy a GPS navigation add on icluding software (must be full european)

My choices:

Tomtom
Navman

Tomtom
I like the look of the most but am unsure if i can upgrade flash memory i.e store more maps and/or whole country like how the navman one has a compact flash slot on the reciver.

So to sum it up do i have to save maps on my ipaq's SD memory card if i buy the tomtom? If so looks like navmans the way.

Help!! i'm so confused

Thanks in advance.

Lou - how are you proposing to secure it in the car? is there a fitting unit, I also have a 3950 and would be interested.

Well the tomtom comes with a mouse type thing that sits on the dash i belive thats the satelite reciver, annother mount which fits anywhere in the car holds the ipaq.

and the navman setup just sucks onto the window - which is why i dislike that slightly, but then that i think has more memory capicty - im sure someone can help...

Did you know you can get speed camera GPS software for it aswell so it acts like a road angel etc.. and ive been using my ipaq as an adress book for ages - what a waste

both smart have a look
