how do you get the spark plug tube seal out of the rocker cover, im in the middle of re furbishing my rocker and have all new seals but the old ones are stuck good and proper
any tips

Screwdriver, hammer and long nose pliers.

I tapped the outer edge of the seal inwards so I could see metal (within the seal) then got some long nose pliers, grabbed it and twisted it inwards.

done it, what i ever did before i had a dremel i dont know.
ground the steel support ring away unti it was weak enough to bend in
thanks for the help, thought i was doing something wrong as the manual says put the seals on top of the tubes and put the cover on, i cant see that working with the tight fit these are
steve did you fit the new ones back in the cover before re installing?
