help with imobiliser!
I have taken my car in for repair, I had a minor bump
the garage repairing it cant get the car started my question is if the battery is disconnected do you need to reprogram the keyfob/imobiliser i'd have a look in the handbook if it was in front of me, but unfortunatley it is at home. + the garage cant move it moment to start fixing it. It is my99. any help would be greatley appreciated.

HAs the car started since the bump? If not the interter switch has probably been tripped (located on the driverside kickpanel, small black box reach up and press the plunger located on top)
Failing that a flat keyfob battery or a blown alarm PCB

The car started fine and i drove it to the garage i have taken spare keyfob which also does not workand the battery has also been replaced inside fob. I know on some cars if the battery goes flat you have to re-teach the keys. its the only thing i can think of. ive had no problems in the past.
