Default Help needed (Front lower arms)

Hey all hope someone can help me I have just had a quote from a garage to replace my front two lower arms as the bushes are worn and they are sold as a one piece firsty is this true and secondly where would be a good place to source these from as they have quoted me £430 + VAT for both sides + labour on top which I find a little steep.

Any help would be apreciated

Strange I would expect £430 each side for genuine Honda.

Unless they've dropped their price

It will more than likely be the FR Compliance bush that has split.

You can source them from Hugen or Spoon in Japan (but they must be replaced in pairs)

The fun will start if they can't remove your arms because the bolts are seized solid on the other bushes.

Sure that's DS Automotives in Aylesbury, they are Jap specialists I have used them for years they did a great job on my DC2 and have a dyno dynamics rolling road if you are into your tuning

Thanks very much - could be a good source for a few people here.

Oh, and if you ever fancy an early Sunday morning drive with some fellow owners, feel free to join us on the Ricky-Towcester breakfast run - here's a link to the last one - we'll hopefully be starting again at the end of February https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=821414
