Read Technical FAQs (at top of the page) it will answer many questions!
Where do you live? I am in North Notts, if you are near I will go through the brakes with you. Depending on component condition (split seals or corroded pistons) they are an easy strip and rebuild.

That would have been great mate, but I live in Teesside. I've had a really good poke around the forum and I'm learning loads. The knowledge between you all is amazing.

Fortunately, my mate works for the RAC so has loads of contacts in the are, and is very handy with cars himself. Thankfully!

That I am mate. Don't think I've ever felt a thrill like it, when you hit 6000rpm and the vtec comes into it's own. That noise.......
