Driving into work this morning in the glorius sunshine I come onto a dual carriage-way.

As I am approaching in a single merging lane there is a Fiat Panda in front of me and an RS6 behind. Getting closer to the dual c/way there is a hashed section before the slip road joins proper. So I see the RS6 get closer and then duck out and overtake me and the Panda just as I can access the road without going across the white lines ets. He boots and I follow out behind and he is still going for it all the way to 100kph.

I just couldn't keep up and it was an estate It was a straight road, perfectly clear and good road conditions and he just got away from me big time.

The power of those things is very very impressive.

I overtook one of them lardy Datsuns on the A1(M) the other night and the guy immediately pulled out behind me and sat 6" from my bumper ..... so I floor it and managed to pull a good few car lengths on him before I had to back off (cause there was a car in front of me doing about half the speed).

I know, but I didn't want to start a new thread when the title of this thread suited the post
