Admiral and Bell Direct came out best for me every time - go to confused.com and fill in the generic form to get a pretty near figure then go to the company's site to buy - its a good little tool

wasn't looking for the comparison thread, already checked that one out, but rather the one which was posted here about two months ago. TBH I can't be asked to phone around so will go with the
