Default Interior Refresh

Hi All,

I bought a MY99 S2000. Ive been giving her a good look over anf the interior is starting to show its age. I have lots of plans for the car long term but for the interim i would like to start refreshing/replacing scratched and tired plastics.

Are things like interior plastic parts available still from the dealerships? Or is it a case of scouring ebay with the hope of finding something mint.

So far i have managed to get myself a mint leather console cover to replce the carpet one in my car.

I should probably start a jounal.

Cheers all Ben

I would hate to guess the cost of replacement interior panels from the dealer, second hand would probably be a better bet, a good shine up with a decent plastic treatment might just work wonders?

I saw this come up recently
- not so much "restoration" as "buying all new bits and bolting them on" - I did notice they didn't put a new carpet in but all the other plastics look fresh from the dealers

Have alook at Lings Parts explosion for the s2000.

Should give you an idea of whats still available to generally buy these days.
Wont be cheap.

You can buy and order direct from them too if you want, or grab the part numbers and ask other suppliers of your choice.

I'm not sure what your working with Ben but I used C4 plastic restore, it wasn't cheap but the interior looks brand new, also used on the exterior plastic trip, I would highly recommend it.
