The drop in the Excess is due to the recent EU ruling on Male/Female discrimination in Insurance!

The drop in Premium is probably because I'm getting old (will be 29 at renewal date) as XS-Direct dont give NCB discounts, but it doesnt affect your policy - as neither do driving experience, Penalty Points, Claims etc... But you do earn and NCB if you decide to leave them.

Good price Brendan but a bight rough with the excess....

Hi Guys,

I'm just wondering what peoples motoring intentions or desires are for 2012.
We've had many events over 2011 from driver training days, trackdays (at home and abroad), The Irish Festival of Speed and the aptly named Mega Meet to name a few.
So for 2012 what would you guys like to see us do?

I'll be doing some track days at mondello through the year, and plan 1-2 in the UK.

Although for me the Spa trackday is the one I really want to do. Cost is a little prohibitive at the moment though.

Picked up my oem SS hardtop and fitting kit last night. Won't get a chance to fit it until March but still glad to have it sorted as I know they're a nightmare to find let alone in the actual colour of your car

Think its a woman from Templepatrick area, near where I live. Seen her about in it on occasion, never sideways though!

MegaMeet seems to be an annual event that us celts bless the "mainlanders" with our presence. IFoS is a good show case for us and the S2KUK club. A Euro-Hoon is something I would favour, more cash and time dependant than your typical weekend bash. Mondello was good with positive feed back, maybe other tracks locally would interest people too. Spa would be an effort, a worthy effort that is.

Im not sure but perhaps John RPM would care for some more spinning classes!

To be honest I'll attend anything that we do.

As a result of that little spin I think the track day training will be my first port of call

After that I've always wanted to drive the Stelvio Pass or any type of Euro-Hoon really
