I see, I see.
Well, I don't really know about GT, there is no ver. like that in JP.
For the moment, the most of the EU countries incld. the one I am resistered is blocking relatively new cars coming from western Europe.
(Tax for resitration move-in in one country, e.g.)
'99==>1500Eur
'00==>1500Eur
'03==>3000Eur
'05==>5000Eur
***You don't wanna know after.
For me no make sense, united coutries having such a thing, even 10Eur.
Far from the image other world thinking.
TELEGRAPH one day said that foreigners from EU in UK don't want to change the resistration into UK because of the tax disk.
But there is another reason like this behind. I am not sure about UK rule though. But surely we are not criminals from the beginning.
Anyway,,, that is one of my big points to choose.

Worked in Germany, crossover into the next year.
When I back home, took my car to the authority like MOT/VOSA, they charged 2200Eur because of the law changed.
Some % of my dinero flied away.
No buffering/moderating time for change.
