Had a bump on that side and new quarter fitted so must have a drip line or drain hose missing ???

Body's shop removed a bung in the wheel well to disguise prob I recon......

Common problem, do a search, it's a case of blocked drain holes.

Sounds like the black moulding rubber strips to me. If they have gone, water won't be channelled into the rain rail.

My guess is that they got damaged with the quarter replacement.

If you had the hood refitted for some reason when they put on the new wing they may have attached it incorrectly. I had a similar propblem when I had a replacement hood fitted and it meant another trip to the stealers for them to strip everything, repaint, and put it all back together properly.
