Default Leather refurb

I've got a bit of a problem with the leather in my S2000, which I'm going to try and fix one part of under warranty tomorrow. Can anyone shed any light on either of these matters and tell me if they're repairable or not?:

1) Driver's seat squab has small tears between about three of the perforations. Looks like buttons/studs on jeans have caught and ripped it slightly. Will I need the seat recovered or can I repair these? (I'm going to try this one under warranty)

2) Passenger door card leather is damaged, on the top corner of the sculpted recessed part of the door. Looks like my granddad (when getting in and out) punctured the leather with his shoe as he rubbed along it. One hole through which the padding shows, three little dimples which won't rub out. Again, repairable, a recover job or just a new door card?

Cheers for any help!

Thank you very much AE, just wanted to know if they are repairable. They look fairly minor things, so I'd guess so!

fwiw, im waiting to have a deep scratch repaired on the passenger side bolster. I took the S in to have the wheels refurbed and came back to the a big deep scratch on the passenger side. So far, the bodyshop have agreed to fix it (too blooody right and all!)

If you like, i can post back and say how it was repaired, workmanship quality etc.

Excellent manc, that would be great! Once I've got mine back today I'll know whether I need the seat doing as well...

Anyone got a red and black 2004 S2000 driver's seat for sale?!

The hole in the door card should be repairable because....

After a service on my car, there was a small hole where a screwdriver had been dropped & had punctured it. Spoke to the dealer & he had it fixed to 99.9% perfect. In fact you can't tell. I can because I know where it was. The dealer said you can even get rid of the holes that used to fix hands free kits.

I believe the cost should be about

Matt, I had a very small tear in the seat base of my old s2k across the perforations, I asked a specialist if it could be fixed and they said no because of the perforations, i then asked hoda and they said that the whole inside part of the seat could be replaced but it was mega bucks. It was back in 2001 so things may of changed with a) repair technology and b) prices.

OK, thank you for the info mole! I shall check it out and post it in my dealer review thread which is running elsewhere on here, either later on today or tomorrow.
