Apparently the previous owner thought it was an Aston Martin badge but Bentley works also. Changed to the original Honda badges within 1st week of ownership

someone has really been pissing around with that car, that badge is worse that the M3 badges often seen on Corsas, and if Honda wanted a sunroof in the hard top, it would have been electric to match the status of the car, put it all back to bog, then if you want to mod it, do it properly.

Wasn't there another recent thread here that mentioned a sunroof fitted to a hardtop - maybe there was a company offering this unless it was the same car before the OP purchased it?

Personally I would just remove the side skirts and those badges to make that car acceptable. Removing the skirts may mean you will have to repaint the car if they have been bonded on with Tiger Seal.
