Lower seat rails
One thing I've read about doing and something I'd like to try is finding some lower seat rails.
I'm 6"2 ish and sometimes I bang my hands on my legs when turning, or legs into the wheel. Its livable but a bit anoying, however dropping an inch or so lower would cure this
Anyone had experience doing this?
Where in the UK can I find the lower rails?
Is something like this what I want - or are they for aftermarket bucket seats? I just want some that lower the stock seat if possible
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HONDA-S2000-AP1-SEAT...=item3cb1f21715
Thanks!

do a search for BYS or backyard special seat rails
these are the proper ones which are very expensive but from what other members have said are worth the money.
i have had a couple of quotes and the cheapest i can find them for is £260 inc shipping from US or Japan.
I am still trying to justify buying one, i am always looking in the for sale section incase anyone sells one as i really do want one.
