Whoever designed the mounting clips for the primary lambda wants ****** shooting!

Took me ages
Well after 4 1/2 hours, i'm done.
Might try the car later, or might crack on with the J's intake.
Dynoing the car wasn't practical, which is a shame, but what I plan to do is get it on the dyno before and after it gets mapped, mid March. Hopefully I can persuade a standard S to come along as a comparisson
Anyway, back to the mainifold. What a complete pain in the ass. While it was nice to get my spanners out again (for about 10 mins) I would happily pay someone £100 to do it for me.
Taking it all off was ok, nuts and bolts all came off nicely (Never Sieze and some engine heat) even the PITA lambda sensor wasn't too bad.
Getting the J's on was a total ****er though. The header was fouling between the steering shaft and the engine mount, and it just wouldn't mount onto the studs on the head, no matter how much force I used
So I had to lower the car down, and jack the engine mount to tilt the engine sideways a tiny amount. Then some brute force got it to pop on.
Pics to follow.

Had a similar problem with my Ricks header.

Mmm... nurple...

and mine, although I paid TGM to fit mine rather than spend a wet, cold miserable Thursday fitting it myself
