Default Memorizing the Torque sensor neutral position

After 2 months of eps problems, i have decided to look up in the honda service manual and have come across a procedure that memorises the torque sensor neutral position. I have to do this because i recently replaced my steering rack.
Now the problem is i dont have a honda pgm tester but i remember somebody telling me that you can also do this without the pgm tester by shorting out some pins on the diagnostic port. What i need to know is which pins to short out?

Ive looked through all the forum using the search tool but all i can find is the american version which i think are different to the uk cars. Please help me with this.

If you have found the american version, then use that as it will be the same.

Paperclip is the favoured method of Honda pin shorting and what I have used for years on various Honda ECUs.

Have you got a link to the procedure?

If you can please send me a link or something on how to the full procedure, that will be great. Also i need to know which pins to short exactly, because i dont want to blow up something else.

Yee - 4 & 9 apparently of the OBD connectors although there have been mixed results on whether this actually works.

My advice to you would be to take it to a Honda Garage.

Yes, it'll cost you about
