Default Momentum again

For some reason in my area Tesco Momentum 99 is now 135.0p/L down from the first of the months price of 141.9p/L. It can't be a price war as the next cheapest if 139.9p/L. Are Tesco having a price war with themselves? I'm not complaining, it just seems a bit weird.
Is this happening anywhere else?

It's been all over the news that a few supermarkets have knocked 3p or so off a litre of fuel.

Happy days!

131.9 p/litre at Tesco in Middleton at lunchtime today!!!

Which pained me even more filling up with diesel at 138.9.

Not filling the S2K with diesel obviously!

Agreed. I'm staying away from supermarket fuel for good.

I'd been filling up at Sainsbury's for a long time because I'm a sucker for collecting Nectar points, but after reading a few threads on here about V-Power, I've been using that instead. All reports are correct - improved mileage per gallon AND the car feels responsive / smoother.
